These terms of service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IPTV UK website and subscription service. By using the site, starting a trial or taking out a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These are general terms; if anything is unclear, contact us before subscribing.

The service

IPTV UK provides access to rights-cleared live television and on-demand content, streamed over your own broadband connection to a compatible app or device. The service requires a stable internet connection that you are responsible for providing; we recommend a wired or 5GHz connection for the smoothest result.

Prepaid, no contract

Subscriptions are prepaid for a fixed term (for example one, three, six or twelve months) and paid once in GBP. There is no rolling contract and nothing recurs automatically — when your term ends, you simply choose whether to renew. Pricing is shown on our subscription page.

Your account and login

Your login details are personal to you. You are responsible for keeping them confidential and for all activity under your account. Do not share, resell (except under our official reseller programme) or publish your credentials. If you believe your details have been compromised, contact us and we will reset them.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully and for personal viewing within your household, in line with your plan's simultaneous-stream limit. You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service, or use it in any way that infringes the rights of others.

Availability

We engineer the service for high reliability but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any specific channel or title will always be available — line-ups can change and some content is region-dependent. We may carry out maintenance and will aim to minimise any disruption. To check what you can expect where you are, start a free trial first.

Payment and refunds

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. Refunds are handled in line with our refund policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

All content, branding and materials on this website are owned by IPTV UK or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IPTV UK is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for interruptions caused by your own equipment, connection or third parties. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; the date at the top reflects the latest version. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
