Your data, explained plainly

Privacy policy

Summary: This privacy policy explains what personal data IPTV UK collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and the rights you have under UK data-protection law. We collect as little as possible and never sell your data.

We keep data collection to the minimum needed to provide your subscription and support you — and we never sell it.

IPTV UK ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use our website, start a free trial, take out a subscription, or contact us. It is written to reflect the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. This is a general policy; for any specific query about your data, please contact us.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to provide the service:

  • Contact details you provide — such as your email address or WhatsApp number — when you start a trial, place an order, apply for reseller access, or send us a message.
  • Order and account information — the plan you chose and the login we issue so your subscription works.
  • Basic technical data — standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) that most websites record for security and to keep the service running.

We do not ask for, or store, card numbers on this website. Our interactive tools (speed test, playlist checker and the rest) run entirely in your browser and do not send your inputs to us.

How we use it

We use your data to set up and deliver your subscription, send your login and service messages, respond to enquiries, provide support, take payment through our payment providers, and keep the service secure. We rely on the lawful bases of performing our contract with you, your consent (where you have given it), and our legitimate interest in running and protecting the service.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers we need to operate — for example payment providers to process a payment, and the messaging tools we use to route enquiries to our support team — and only to the extent required. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law (for example for accounting). When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Cookies

Our site uses only the essential storage needed for it to function. We do not use intrusive advertising trackers. You can control cookies through your browser settings at any time.

Your rights

Under UK data-protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact us and we will respond within the statutory timeframe. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page reflects the latest revision.
