Fair and straightforward

Refund policy

Summary: Our refund policy is simple: test the service free before you pay, and if something isn't right, get in touch. This page explains when a refund applies on a prepaid plan, how to request one, and what is non-refundable.

Try it free first — and if something isn't right, talk to us. Here's exactly how refunds work.

We want you to be happy with IPTV UK, so we make it easy to check the service before you commit. This refund policy explains how refunds work on our prepaid, no-contract plans. It forms part of our terms of service. If you have any question about a refund, contact us and a real person will help.

Try before you buy

The best way to avoid any doubt is to start a free trial before subscribing. The trial lets you test stream quality, the channels you care about and device compatibility on your own kit, with no card required — so you know exactly what you are getting before you pay a penny.

When a refund applies

If you experience a technical problem that our support team cannot resolve, contact us as soon as possible and within a reasonable period of your purchase. We will work with you to fix it first — most issues are a quick setting or network tweak — and where we genuinely cannot deliver a working service, we will provide a fair refund for the unused portion of your term.

How to request a refund

Email support@iptvextended.com or use our contact form with your order details and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within hours, and always within a few days.

What is non-refundable

Because plans are prepaid and grant immediate access, refunds are not available where the service is working as described and the issue is caused by your own equipment or internet connection, where a plan has been substantially used, or where our acceptable-use terms have been breached. Activation or third-party app fees (such as a Smart TV player's own one-time fee) are set by those third parties and are not ours to refund.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us before raising a chargeback with your bank — we can almost always resolve a problem faster and more fairly, whether that is a fix or a refund.

This is a general policy and does not affect any statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law.
